Are these brown spots and tips anything to be concerned about? What should I do?

Is it possible there was water on the leaves and then they were in direct sun? Some of it looks like a burn to me. The drying/brown ends is a problem I have as well which I believe is due to lack of humidity.

@didikillit It’s possible. I just got it today so I wanted to make sure it was okay. It’s in a shady spot now and in fresh soil because it had brown mushy roots also. I hope it survives🙃

I've never repotted a palm with root rot but if you trimmed off all of the rotten roots and gave it fresh soil and a pot that drains that's a great start to getting back to healthy green fronds!
