The photo on your plant card doesn't show anything immediately alarming. Maybe in need of your TLC, but that's all.

Is there anything specific you're worried about? If so, could you share a photo of that/those things(s)?

@PlantMompy she’s a little droopy and a little soft/weak near the base of the plant where the soil is. Some of the leaves are brown near the tip.

She definitely sounds like she has some big box store stress.

The softness at the base is the most alarming. Is it squishy or discolored there?

@PlantMompy it’s a bit squishy but green like the rest of her. I’ve carefully removed her brown leaves and she seems to have perked up a bit.

Great! I'd say monitor the stem another week or two and then troubleshoot from there. Let her adjust to your TLC for a bit ❤️
