Help! What is this?
Got this beautiful hanging type plant recently and need help identifying it. It has small cute white flowers that open and close. Every time I try a plant identifier it comes up with different things. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict

@VaJunebug definitely a Tradescantia Fluminensis, then. It's also called creeping inch plant and small-leaf spiderwort, like @KikiGoldblatt found.

Be careful when you repot a Tradescantia - they are fragile. (: I have found it easier to chop and prop when "repotting" this type of plant.

Your plant is beautiful! οΏΌ
It looks like maybe a type of Tradescantia. @sarahsalith what do you think?
@VaJunebug it looks exactly like a small leaf spiderwort.
@RJG what do you think?
Thanks, @RJG - I do think it's a Tradescantia of some sort. Depending on the size of the leaves, I'd say it's eitherοΏΌ a οΏΌfluminensis or a callisia repens. How small are the leaves, VaJunebug?
Honestly, I'm leaning towards the Callisia repens. I need to transplant mine.
@sarahsalith top leaves are about an inch and bottom are larger 2 1/2” - 3”?
@sarahsalith this one needs repotting too.
@sarahsalith pretty!
Beautiful plant with the small white flowers. πŸͺ΄
@Pegster thank you!
Thank you all for your replies. Every plant identifier suggested those types you guys did. Greg ended up identifying it as small leaf spider-wort. Y’all are awesome!!
