It looks like overwatering to me to be honest. It’s not getting much light from being so far away. It’s balanced in a pot with no drainage inside a much larger pot. The conditions are questionable in all fairness, but there is plenty of help you can provide your plant with. I’d love to know if you are feeding it with plant food? Maybe checking if the roots aren’t rotted and maintaining a healthy strict schedule - I’m not saying your not but clearly you are new to Greg because there is only one watering logged in Khaleesi’s description 😂.
That does not look like a parlor palm. This is some type of Dracaena. I have both. How much water are you giving it? It needs to dry a bit before watering. Is there drainage? How often is it watered? I’d check the roots, looks like root rot.
