Strange growth?
Hi! I am a new ping mom and am just wondering if these strands growing off of the side are normal? Are they roots or something to worry about/address? I know pings can flower but as far as I've been told this one is too small to as yet. I've tried to look it up but I cant find anything. Any advice helps!

@LittleSprout I suspected air roots and thats appears to be what they are...but I think this thread and links will more easily explain it rather than me retyping it here

And here's some general information on Pings for future reference

Hi! I havenโt seen this either. It looks like roots to me but unless it came upside down in a box or something, that doesnโt make sense to me. ๐คช Iโm also adding some hashtags so you can get some more help! #Pinguicula #CarnivorousPlants #CarnivorousClub
Help us @Seymour - Wan! Youโre our only hope.
@LittleSprout yes, pretty cool plants and clever too! Happy to help out Victoria, Sarah has a lovely Ping too, called Mr Ping with so far 12 flowers! You can see why it was easier just to add the thread. All the best and enjoy your Ping. May the face be with you because these plants are impressive even if you aren't a Syar Wars fan LOL ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐
