I encourage you to do some research. I use Bokashi on all my plants. You can fertilize your Bird of Paradise with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer, like a 20-20-20 mix, every two to four weeks during the growing season, which is typically spring through summer. If you prefer organic options, a slow-release fertilizer or compost can work well too. Just be sure not to over-fertilize, as this can lead to salt buildup in the soil, which can harm the plant. Reduce feeding in the fall and winter when the plant’s growth naturally slows down.
