Hi Kate! A lot of plants will need time to adjust so Fluffy might just be adjusting.
As far as moving them outside, did you put them in direct sun? Plants need time to acclimate to the outdoors by being in the shade, partial sun, morning sun, then it can't be full sun. It's like if we were inside for months then just stood in the sun. We would feel hot and sunburned. Lol.
Try putting them in the shade and see if they perk up.
