Should I be concerned with the shiny bits?

One of my few plants to survive the office thrippocalpse last year, was this small cutting of a larger ox tounge. Today while looking at the growth I noticed these shiny bits on one of the leaves.

Is this something to be worried about or let them live thier best life?

Based on the lower leaves looking like they’ve been dealing with this longer… I think it’s fungal or possibly even mildew I would clean all the leaves and trim back as much infected tissue as possible and change out the potting mix .. best of luck!
Use a fungicide containing copper to spray the leaves down. Let it dry out of the sun because the leaves can burn when the fungicide has been freshly sprayed 🌿🌿🌿
