Should I separate these?

#Dracaena would you suggest moving one or both of those new sprouts to a separate pot? Thanks!

Pretty late response…hoping you didn’t move the new sprouts 🌱 This plant enjoys the crowded pot.

@FoxysDen oh wow very good to know… should I put all of them in a larger pot? I know you said it likes a crowded one but I feel like there’s not enough room in there for them to become much larger! Thanks for the response.
@Guy Patience is Key: Allow the pup to grow sufficiently and establish its own root system before separating.
Potential Risk: Separating pups can be stressful for the plants, and there's a risk of unsuccessful adaptation.
Check the Mother Plant: If the mother plant seems crowded (roots growing from drainage holes, pot bulging), separating the pups is a good option.
Pup Size: While some sources recommend waiting until the pup is 1/3 the size of the mother, others suggest waiting until it's at least half the size.
Ultimately, the best time to repot is when the pup is mature enough to thrive on its own while minimizing stress to both the pup and the mother plant.
@Guy Yes, maybe a six or 7 inch pot. I wouldn’t go no larger than that. Be sure not to disturb the tips of the snake plant so they can continue to grow upwards. Good luck.πŸ‘
