Falling leaves on my dracena!

Can anyone shed some light on why my lemon lime dracena is shedding its leaves? I had four in the pot and now I'm down to only one with leaves, and that one is shedding as well. Thanks for the help!

Hi Nicole ๐Ÿ‘‹ I rescued a Dracaena several months ago that was suffering from this problem (it's actually pretty common!).

The first place I'd look is your watering schedule... leaf drop in Dracaena can be caused by too much water (most common) but also ... Just to be annoying... Too little! Lol ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ as you only watered a day ago it's going to be hard to figure that one out right away (unless you think yourself it might be too much water, in which case I would take her out of that pot immediately and check her for root rot!). They can also be fussy about heat and about cold drafts! (Depending where you are in the world, you should be able to work out which is more likely!).

Dracaena are pretty hardy, and you can get get to bounce back if you can get to the bottom of what has upset her! ๐Ÿ’š They do like high humidity, but it's not ESSENTIAL as they can cope with most peoples's household humidity levels, and they do like bright, indirect light! Again, they can cope with lower but will grow leghy if they don't get enough.

I've attached my "then" and "now" photos of mine .. I honestly thought she was done for at first! Lol ๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ but look at how many leaves she has now! She's still a ways of looking like she should... But I know she's going to get there! ๐Ÿฅฐ There's nothing I can do shit her being spindly unless I'm willing to chop her, which I'm not! Lol ๐Ÿคฃ but you can definitely get yours back to being healthy! ๐Ÿฅฐ Xx
Thanks for all the great info and tips, Jenny! I'll stay hopeful!
