Do these roots mean I need a bigger pot or something else...

I have another pot ready to go but I wasn’t sure if this might be an indication of something else since the roots are popping up above the soil and even some a few inches up. #RubberPlant #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #FicusFam

You could take it out of the pot and check, but I believe that rubber trees may be one of the plants that “eat” their soil, so to speak. The best way to decide would be to check, but I’d probably just top off the soil.
