The leaves are all turning down and the stems are stretching because it needs more light. Hens and chicks need super bright direct light. They’re often an outdoor plant because it can be hard to get them their light needs inside.
If you can, acclimate them to brighter light conditions.

@itsjordan is right, they need a lot of direct sunlight, as much as you can give them. I noticed on the card it also said no drainage and regular soil. You definitely need a good draining pot, preferably terracotta and a fast draining gritty/chunky succulent/cacti mix.
