Help! I’m pretty sure I drowned her.
So, I didn’t realize the pot didn’t have drainage 🤦🏻♀️ she definitely started process of rot. I’m hoping to save the root ball. Any suggestions ?

Cut off any necrotic tissue, soak it in a solution of dilute hydrogen peroxide, rinse, and repot in some chunky aroid soil. It looks like it was in nursery soil, which is notoriously moisture retentive.
