I typically use clean very sharp scissors to cut away brown areas. To follow the leaf shape. For some plants I've done this to, it just seems to work like a bandaid and a temporary fix for aesthetics. It looks like a pretty full plant. Any chance you can cut a node and include one of those leaves to propagate?
Hello!! ๐ค If there is significant damage to a leaf, I usually opt to cut it off. Most likely it will not return to former glory, and if you cut it, it will only send out the signal to shoot out more growth. Just like pruning a tree! Just don't take more than 30% of the plant at a time. ๐
