@marlene1972 Hello! Mold can happen if the plant stays to moist and or if there isn’t enough air circulating around the plant. Neem will kill it, or alcohol and water, but only 1 part alcohol 3 parts water! U can harm the plant with alcohol if you’re not careful!
Make sure to wait until that plant is almost completely dry before watering again! Good Luck 🪴😁
