I don't know what the sun is like up there, but I'm worried about the light from the north. I'm super worried about it being three feet away from the window. I just wonder if that's enough bright, indirect light.
You also have a small plant in a small container with no drainage. That means you must walk a fine line every time you water t he plant. Too much and your plant will start to be waterlogged (I think it is showing signs of sitting in wet soil). It's better to underwater than over water- especially with succulents.
That plant can stand to be bone dry for a bit, it will actually help it thrive.
