Gnat/pest for monstera?

Replanted two monsteras in fresh soil and noticed some small gnats near the soil. Are these pests? Thanks!

They don't really look like fungus gnats to me. Plus they might be to big, it's hard saying for sure from the pic on size though. Probably just some outdoor gnat or bug is my guess. It is spring!

You can get some sticky traps to place around it to play it safe. Since it's a fresh repot that should catch any that are there

Sprinkling cinnamon can work to detour them also. But I don't think it really works once they're established
