Jade ?
#SucculentSquad So, my jade is producing babies, so it can’t be that bad. But the center piece just seems to wither so fast, and the top inch is super dry, but it was just watered 5 days ago, has drainage, and below the inch is still a little damp. I also feel like it is leaning AWAY from the grow light (which is ironically away from the high shade window). But no burn spots or anything. Thoughts? Leave her alone? Yelena is a bit temperamental. 🤷‍♀️

It looks like the stem has been damaged. Perhaps you could chop and prop that stem and allow the healthy part to grow new roots.
