Ummm???

I'm more apt to believe that would be a sign of too much water/being wet too long.

Make sure there is great drainage and great airflow. After I water, I set plants on top of a towel to help absorb extra moisture out of the pot.

Maybe lift it out of the pot to see if the roots still look healthy (chunky, white, pink ...not dry and scraggly). If the roots are plentiful and cramped, it may need a slightly larger pot.

If dry/scraggly, you may want to trim the dead roots away and re-pot with better draining substrate. A terracotta pot may be a good choice because it can absorb /wick away excess water.
