Crunchy parlor palm plz heeeellp

Had my parlor palm for about a few weeks and I’ve watered it about twice, while misting it about 3 times a week. It’s hard to capture on camera , but now it’s more dull in color and spread. Could it be from too much sun? I try to give it indirect sunlight but it used to sit on a window #ParlourPalm
3ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
@dazed J I am wondering if it has the proper soil type needed. It likes soil that it well draining. And indirect light. So yes direct light may have caused this. Best of luck with your plant journey! πŸ˜‰
To me it looks very dry! I water mine as soon as more than half the pot feels dry. I hope it helps!
@dazed mine has been thriving in medium light about 15 feet from a window. They’re native to shadier areas so they dry out real easily with too much sun. Hope you can help him recover!
Mine has done the same thing a couple times. No matter their distance from the window.
These are very easy but finicky....
You'll want to repot first.
My 2 did this when I wasn't letting their soil stay dry for about 3 days before watering.
They dry up very easily Mine started doing better when I got a humidifier.
