Over watering maybe πŸ€”
Diffy’s brown super easy and usually result of overwatering or preserving energy for newer leaves! Best to trim to give room for new growth!
I keep reading these are beginner friendly and that has not been my experience with them πŸ˜‚
@PluckyEncina76 This looks like a fungal issue from overwatering . I know it’s a daunting task but you should really check the roots. If they are brown or mushy you could lose the plant . If you find these issues with the roots you’ll want to remove them and rinse off the rest before repotting. Then be sure to let it dry out between watering. I find bottom watering to be the most effective way because they take what they need. You should also as mentioned above cut the bad foliage off. I also see you on the plant card you have direct light hitting it ? If so move it out of the direct sun. Good luck your plant will grow back beautiful with some tweaking. They are very easy to grow once you get the kinks worked out .
