@SavoryFenugreek First I just want to say I absolutely 🩷LOVE🩷 your nerve plant, and the pot 🀩 but I also wanna say there is no exact time it can live for, but it can live up to maybe 6 or 5 years if in the right conditions. By the way you might wanna get a new pot because without drainage you have to be VERY careful with watering it. πŸ˜“ because watertering it too much might cause root rot, but watering it too little will cause it to wither. So maybe get a new pot if you can. Save the stress πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«
@SavoryFenugreek very very testy plant

Doesn't like a lot of water but then complains if it's too dry

Just have to be constantly observing and caring for it

That's what I've learned from mine
good thing is that these little guys are VERY dramatic! when they need water, they’ll look like they’re fainting, then be fine not long after they’re watered πŸ˜‚ just keep a close eye and give it what it needs!
case in point
The fun thing about these guys is that they propagate easily. A cutting can turn into a whole new plant. I use the cuttings in terrariums and with the proper misting, they root within a week or so. This can make this plant last forever as it can go generations of cuttings deep into your life.
