Looks like it was subjected to excessive heat during transit. Did the box sit outside for a while after it was delivered? If not, it most likely happened while in a post office sorting facility or possibly the back of a truck. I'd give it a good drink of water, place somewhere nice and cool, and see if it starts to recover. Either way, I'd definitely reach out to the seller. Send them photos and explain the condition the plant was in when it arrived. Hopefully they'll give you a refund or offer to replace the plant.
