How long have you getton it?

Also, i see that there's a stem that was cut. Did you cut that? If so, did you cut a vine that came out with no leaves?

These can be slow growing. That stem suggest this was a propagation from another plant and it may just be young and need time for the roots to grow in.

@ZealBittersweet I put my Hoya outside in the shade and it started growing like crazy! Maybe try that?
