I have one. I donβt know what kind it is. I have three babies so far. You treat them just like you would any other succulent. Sansevieria (reclassified as dracaena) are super easy and very, very forgiving. They can take just about any level of neglect. In the past I had some I forgot for months. Lots of dead leaves, but once cleaned up they came back in a rush!
Brown tips tend to mean underwatering. They donβt like being totally dry for too very long. They live with it fine, but the tips will dry.
These are very easy to propagate. You would just cut the baby from the rhizome retaining some roots. It also propagates easily from leaf cuttings, but it takes a very long time. You can cut a leaf crosswise into several pieces and propogate each piece! Just make sure you plant them right side up. Use succulent soil and keep the soil a bit moist.

@tmbryant37 thank you! I have never had Sansevieria plants before, so I was a lil worry about it.
@SuperblyLilac nice! Mine is growing babies on the sides either!
@SuperblyLilac I guess it is possible.
@ReliableAlmond does your plant has dry tips? Mine came with the dry tips, and I donβt like it π
@vvvelo no dry tips (ever).
@UberCalethea do you have one of them in your collection ?
