Happy Tuesday #Greggers ! Iโ€™m looking to find some new favorites and was wondering if yโ€™all could share some of your favorite easy to care for #Succulents ๐ŸŒฑ or even just some beauties

I love #moonstone #Echeveria #crassula #haworthia #Sedum genuses, and Iโ€™m open to all the variations and other genuses (: #HappyPlants #PlantAddict

And hereโ€™s pics of some of my babies because I love them:
So Iโ€™m trying to like succulents. I recently repotted a few I hadโ€ฆ together. We shall see if they survive Death Row. I was at Home Depot yesterday and they have an impressive selection of succulents along with their sizes of plants. I snagged this lilโ€™ beauty. Iโ€™ve never seen it before now.
@TheOddAsity thatโ€™s a beautiful one! Amazing coloring. Death row is funny, I love my succulents, but theyโ€™re also just the only plants I know and have cared for thus far!
@itsjordan Iโ€™m not kidding ๐Ÿ˜‚ I named it Death Row in my oasis. I repotted them because the supposed โ€œsucculentโ€ pots they were in just held too much moisture and I occasionally would get white powdery mildew on one. So I repotted and moved them. Good choice? We will find out. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

But seriously, our local Home Depot had an 8โ€ perle von nurnberg. It was gorgeous, but I didnโ€™t wanna risk murder.
I love Echeverias most of all, but a few of my favorites, today ๐Ÿฅฐ Calico hearts (which is summer dormant) has more current Winter growth than base growth ๐Ÿค—. My Hawaiian Ihi which I adore. I have a thing for the โ€œstemโ€ plants, and I am continually intrigued by this one, and my Aeonium Starburst. So easy to grow, and I ๐Ÿ’• them! They are all very easy to take care of, and the reward is ๐Ÿ˜‡โค๏ธ.
@SwiftMedeola I always say I like the little tree plants (I adore my mini elephant bush)! The stem ones are great. These are so sweet, thank you! ๐ŸŒฑโœจ
@itsjordan , Awwe, thank you. Your plants are beautiful! Good luck in finding some new ones to โค๏ธ. Happy Spring!
Some of my easy to grow succulents so far have been the elephant bush, ox tongue, and Lil warty. The ox tongue and lil warty have not required grow lights over the winter.
If you're looking to branch out may I humbly suggest a good ol' golden pothos? Easy to care for, pretty to look at, fun to propagate, overall good time had by all! Here's one of my new marble queens! (I have more plants than in my oasis, I got bored halfway through ๐Ÿ™ƒ)
@pothosslut beautiful optionโ€” Iโ€™ve admired pothos from a far and even drawn a few for a project, but unfortunately I have an elderly cat that obliterates any leafy plant or flower so Iโ€™m scared to have them (my succulents have a few teeth marks too) ๐Ÿ™„ and I live in a dorm so I canโ€™t have any outside, BUT I will put that idea in my pocket for the future!
Tagging the succulent king @vvvelo ๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ’š
@itsjordan here are some of my lovelies (and all super easy to care for) in order of appearance: burroโ€™s tail, zebra wart haworthia, snow white panda plant, and jade plant. The last plant, neon yellow in color, is in planty heaven but she was glorious to look at and admireโ€”called a tokyo sun sedum japonicum. These guys have grown so much from the year Iโ€™ve had them, despite online articles saying they are slow growers ๐Ÿ˜Š
Echeveria Agavoides, pachyphytum Compactum aka Little Jewel, any sedum especially sedum Adolphii, Jade plantโ€ฆ Echeveria PVN
Thank you @RJG for adding my #Rhipsalis family!! Whoโ€™s next? Will they have a boy or a girl? #staytuned
@SwiftMedeola love your hearts!! I had a tiny one and she died ๐Ÿ˜ญ Iโ€™m pretty sure from too much water! Boo!! Yours are beautiful โค๏ธ
Ghost plant (pic 2&3) , anacampseros sunrise(picture 1) , graptosedum Cali sunset (4) & Ice plant (5) are some awesome easy going succs! Thought I would give you a range from good colors (anacampseros & Cali sunset) , fast growers (anacampseros & ghost plant), and funky shapes (Ice plant)
I agree with @vvvelo with any sedum! They are great starter succs
Haworthia is also another SUPER EASY LOW MAINTENANCE grower , that thrives in lower light conditions and they have so many different varieties to choose from!
@TheOddAsity another great option!
I also love my calico hearts, people say itโ€™s high maintenance but has been a low maintenance fast grower for me! Itโ€™s one of favorite succulents and has awesome colors when in bright lighting. Just make sure you use a soil mix with added perlite or gritty mix because it needs good drainage !
Yall are coming through with the recommendations ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ suddenly I need 20+ more succulents! Iโ€™m enjoying seeing all your beautiful plants!!! (my windowsill is crying thinking about all the plants Iโ€™m gonna cram on it) ๐Ÿชด #PlantsMakePeopleHappy
@Boymom-plantmom, ๐ŸŒฟโ˜บ๏ธ Awwee, thank you. Not scientific, but I just water mine when the soil pulls away from the side of the pot. ๐Ÿฅน Iโ€™ve had my share of some โ€œpetalsโ€ falling off, at times. Temperamentally fragile, yes they are. Do I forgive them, yes I do. For care, I just kinda neglect them, except when Iโ€™m admiring them. ๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ˜‡
Just received these from Fat Plants. Awesome plants
@TheOddAsity is that a pot of living stones in the planter? Where did you get such colorful ones? I don't have any but they are on my wishlist!
