The color change AND growth on Peaches (and her little buddy), my only Pings, is crazy. I moved them inside for the winter and put them under a grow light. They grew tremendously but lost their pretty pink hue. I think I'll repot them separately when it warms up, before I put them back outside.

Wow that's NEON green! πŸ’šπŸ˜‚ They do look pretty with their sunny day clothes on though don't they? I'm still not "allowed" CPs btw πŸ˜πŸ˜‚ we'll see.... 🀣 Xxx
@JenniB81 ah man they are a whole 'nother world of plants!! I think I have successfully killed my other Venus fly traps by leaving them outside though lol. but oh well. I have one red dragon VFT inside under this same grow light, which you can see a little of in these photos. I know they need to go dormant but I was too afraid to move this one!

I just watched a gnat get stuck in this Ping yesterday. πŸͺ°
Impressive Jess! That has to be one of the biggest pings I’ve seen.
Beautiful!! 🀩 and impressive! I have tried to grow a few of these but haven’t been successful. I do have several other carnivorous plants that I have managed to keep alive for some months now. I’m curious what you do to care for your ping?
@LaSiguanaba thank you, Rose!!! 😊 Can't wait to get her outside in the summer and see how she grows.
@Blueberrypie thanks!! 😊 So I use distilled water only, I keep her soil moist constantly, but don't let her sit in water like a VFT or sundew. Lots of direct light from a grow light for now, but when it warms up, she will go outside. She catches gnats, even now, on her own.
@JesssJungle that’s wonderful thank you for the information! Maybe I’ll try my luck again with one soon.
