#WhatTheSuccWednesday round 2!

I redid the #CactusBox so everyone would have more space including removing the two mammillaria, the cereus forbosi monstrose 'Ming Thing', and the Golden Barrel.
@SirLiquorice since you told me about the 'Ming Thing' I'm thinking of naming it Squire Liquorice. What do you think?

And still thinking on the name for the Golden Barrel. What do y'all think?

This was this morning
I’ve been waiting for days for this!!! All my little burros tail beans have grown roots!!!
@Mrgncrch oh nice!!!
@RJG nice job! Rearranging can be so satisfyingβ€¦πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜ŒπŸ˜Œ
@FirstCanna this time was painful πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸŒ΅
😣believe me when I say I know what you are talking about!😳😳 @RJG
@Mrgncrch oh 🀩 congrats!
@RJG yessss
@SirLiquorice also Jack pot
@SirLiquorice like legit JACKPOT
@SirLiquorice now we wait
Do the mamis need names? If so you should call the Roly and Poly 🀣
@tmbryant37 maybe eventually! They're not ready for their own pots yet
@Annasea this is good but I already named him Harold 🫣
U got some great looking succulents
@Indoorgreens thanks Janet!
Someone was eating my bunny ear, so I foolishly decided to repot before I moved it inside. I’m hoping it straightens up. πŸ˜‚ I love/hate this darn thing. I swear it shoots it’s spines at me.
Yay round 2 #WhatTheSuccWednesday Got some flowers and other assorted things to share #SucculentSquad #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy
Oh and this- my hubby stuck the fake flower in there πŸ€ͺ😝 #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #WhatTheSuccWednesday #SucculentSquad #HappyPlants
@Kace agree on all fronts.
@RJG I got this πŸͺ΄ ages ago and can’t recall what it is. I’m sure you can identify. And why does it get those things that look like berries but aren’t?
@MariansOasis not sure what it is but those look like fruit of some sort
@RJG it does but they aren’t. It’s almost like these sacs that form when it’s dry or hot. Like a stress reaction. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
@MariansOasis Oh that's cool like water storage tanks or something?
@RJG yeah! Exactly. Like just in case a chunk of me falls off during this heat wave/drought, I’ll survive! πŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ
@RJG I’ll put it out there to see if anyone can identify. πŸ‘
@MariansOasis definitely. Maybe @SirLiquorice has an idea
@Mrgncrch how exciting!
@Mrgncrch how did you do this????!
@SirLiquorice Your encouragement helped me be brave and bring home this new friend tonight. I figured if it was putting out pups it ought to be fairly healthy so I could have a head start, lol.

The label says it is an Echinobivia "Rainbow Bursts". The descriptions says it is a hybrid and is named for the colorful flowers it blooms in the spring and summer.

I feel like it might need to be repotted given the number of roots sticking out the bottom but maybe it's happy as-is?

I just know I really like it and I hope it grows big and strong!

Happy #whatthesuccwednesday!
@tmbryant37 yeah looks like it wouldn’t hurt to put it in a pot that’s slightly larger. I always wait 3-7 days to water after repotting so any damaged roots can heal. I have the same one. It grows pups like crazy. They Don’t need to be watered very often. It will start looking a little shriveled and that’s when I know it needs water. It will have awesome flowers. When it blooms
@WeLovePlants I took my Burros tail and I twisted a few little I call them beans off, I took a terracotta saucer you could use anything! I put some soil and layed them on top and misted every few days! I’m gonna lay them back into the original pot to make it fuller!
@SirLiquorice Thanks! Do I need to break it apart and put each of the three larger ones in their own pot with their pups, or is it best to leave it whole?

I'm excited about this one. Hopefully it grows well and gives me some flowers next year.
Looks nice
