Typically in India we call this Thechi.. but the scientific name is Ixora Coccinea..

Ixora. They do well in even in sunny places and pretty hardy.
Im not sure the one in your pic is Ixora chinensis or Ixora coccinea. Their flowers look the same and can be distinguished through their leaves.
