I decided my Polly is doing well enough I can try another #alocasia, I've been eyeing the #mccolleysfinale for a while, since I already have a queen and princess the #rosita was the right #hoya for me and since you can never have enough #arrowheadplant I had to get the Mojito 🤤
So many others caught my eye, but there had to be a limit 😂

@KikiGoldblatt I'm trying to get more bold with philos! I love them, but all the ones I have are small and vining which I love, but are "safe" choices. If this goes well I see a crocodile and calkins gold in my future 🔭
@PlantEsteem I saw like 3-4 different ones posted here by different people in the course of like a week and fell in love. I feel like the photo doesn't do it justice and I don't even have it yet 😂
@discreetwildyam I have a soft spot for plants that need extra love. The unblotched was on sale for close to the same price but I just couldn't do it. The blotched Calkins Gold on the other hand, I am still considering 😂 @jcPlantProper if you're bored tomorrow and happen to post a photo, cough...)
@jcPlantProper I think it pairs well with my princess and queen, except I haven't stressed them yet 😂
@sarahsalith they have like 6-8, the Polly was the only one that's a plant I currently have and I'm sick of trying to find the "perfect" one so I said "Plant Proper should have more of my money" 😂

@PlantMompy you are going to LOVE the McColleys. And @jcPlantProper is not kidding about the Calkins Gold. It’s my favorite! It’s H U G E and those leaves!!!!! And I got both of them from Plant Proper. They have the best plants!!
@jcPlantProper thanks. Incidentally, do you know what this variety is? I received this instead of the silver dragon I ordered off Etsy. It was terribly wrapped too, hence the single leaf supported by TAPE. 😒 Never again. 😕

@PlantMompy ohhh the urge!! 😂 And I didn’t even look at the philos, I know I would have bought one. Though to be fair they’ve been quite rude to me lately, so I’m relying on my pothos and maranta to cheer me up. 😅
