Heidi @princesspitstop and I were talking about aquarium plants, and I thought you had some, and if I remember correctly, you can do philodendrons and Alocasia?? If you're talking houseplants, yeh i've got a few. Pothos is the easiest one of em, get huge leaves in the water. In the first photo you'll also see a wild-type Syngonium, in the second photo there's a Monstera adansonii. I've also kept regular monstera, Anthurium and Philodendron hederaceum, those i potted on later.
My outdoor mini pond also has this Scindapsus 'Jade Satin Aurea' and a spider plant. I also have a smaller Anthurium and Anthurium bakeri seedling on a cork raft. Loads of plants will do fantastic, the main concern is the lighting but if you can hang a separate grow light for them it'll be good

Unless you're talking aquatic plants, those are an entirely separate branch of gardening
