@ThatsSoKristin don't you worry. They'll most likely be totally fine. Pothos are TOUGH!!
I have two plants that I started from stems - NO leaves at all. One of them looks pretty amazing, if I may say so myself.

@ThatsSoKristin looks like it got sun burnt to me! Move it to a shadier spot. Pothos (especially young leaves) like bright indirect light!
@ThatsSoKristin I would have left them on personally. Since this is a water propagation and will need to be planted in soil once there is root development, I am not sure if those stems will survive. :-/
@ThatsSoKristin so not all causes of browning in leaves is the same, and it will be different depending on where your plant is along in the process. It is okay! This is how we learn! In this instance, you see how in your photo the leaves are still shiny but look like they have a little sunburn? The leaf is healthy, just a bit scorched like our skin can get with too much sun! Sometimes they recover, sometimes not. I find that in all things plants it is better to watch and see than to rush at all. Now with this guy, he may not survive, but he also might do great! The only way to know is to keep a close eye and let him be. Give him what he requires to survive and maybe he will perk back up!
To me it looks like there might be multiple cuttings in that vase, but can't really tell. I think since he still has some leaves left he'll be fine. I've even grown pothos from bare stems before! Just do like Malorie said and keep the water fresh and I think it'll pull through. And in the future if you want/need to remove a leaf, do so next to the vine. (:
@WickedValkyrie ooooh I see what you mean!! And yes there are multiple cuttings in there.I took your advice and cut the pieces down to the vine.Do you think my babies will be ok ?
