Messy Hair (Don't Care) Maidenhair Vine
This app is definitely not π― accurate
Says this plant needs to be in direct light
I most definitely did not have her as it instructed and she still looks toasted
I re-potted her to see if she comes back

Any suggestions

IMO, most plants can tolerate direct light. It's about finding the balance of things, just like in aquascaping.
Take bird of paradise for example. Most people won't keep them in direct light coz they'll get burnt. But once adjusted a mature monstera can tolerate afternoon sun even full sun. They're supposed to be a full sun plant back in their home in South Africa [where they can grow to 7-8m and spread 3.5m].
Of course, with more light comes with more care. You need more water, and generally better humidity [direct sunβ>more transpirationβ>requires more water. Less humidityβ>less transpirationβ>requires less water].
Being such a dainty plant maidenhair vine would require abit more TLC in direct light. If you want [or if it's more practical] indirect can work just fine.
