Spider mites Calathea?
I think my new-ish calathea has spider mites. I think it’s a humidity issue for the plant that may have caused them but how do I treat her now? #PestControl #spidermites #Calathea #NewPlantDad

@RaijaV Hi Raija! If it were mine I would spray it all over with a mixture of Neem oil and peppermint oil. Spray it until the entire plant is wet, then let it dry and in 5-7 days doing it one more time to make sure you kill any eggs they may have laid. It works for me every time! Good Luck!πŸͺ΄

I've had good luck fully submerging the plant (not the roots/soil) in water and a squeeze of dish soap. You can just use plastic wrap around the base to keep the soil in place.
