@FlamingRiver this was the information AI had. There was a lot more advice and even Greg was mentioned:

Yes, you can nip new growth on a heart leaf philodendron, and it's actually a good practice to encourage bushier growth. By pinching or cutting back the tips of the vines above a leaf node, you encourage the plant to branch out and become more full.
Here's why and how to do it:
Encourages bushier growth:
Nipping or cutting back the new growth forces the plant to divert energy to developing new stems at the nodes, resulting in a fuller, bushier plant.
Pruning:
Periodically prune off dead or yellowing leaves and growth to maintain the plant's health and appearance.
When to prune:
You can prune any time, but it's best to avoid heavy pruning during the hottest part of the summer when leaves are important for shade and photosynthesis.
Where to cut:
Always cut or pinch above a leaf node, which is the point on the stem where a new leaf or stem grows.
What type of plant is she?
@TooUnique1 Heartleaf Philodendron
She was almost 6โ€ long as a single vine (I was just letting her do her thing)
But i was looking for filling her out more with multiple vines vs just 1 so here we are!
@FlamingRiver looks like youโ€™ll have multiple vines so that should fill her out. Can you do with a Heartlesf Philodendron like you can with other plants? Like pinching the new growth and forcing it to form 2 vines. Then pinching the new growth on both of them to force them to form double vines? I think Iโ€™ll research that. Iโ€™ll get back with you. Going on the internet to see what AI has to say about it.๐Ÿง
