They look pretty good, but a smaller pot would be better. Unless they're baby lithops and will get bigger. How big are they currently, and how big is the pot?

I got mine yesterday they are so tiny!
I very lightly watered them in without getting any on the actual plant.

Are you trying to grow them in bare perlite or it is just a top dressing?
