This was sent to me in the hospital. It has I believe seven different plants. It looks a bit crowded to me. Should I repot them individually?

It says that the pot doesn’t have drainage holes? If so I would definitely consider repotting as it looks great now, but over time all these different plants might require different watering frequency. Without drainage root rot can occur quickly.
