Excited for my ghost plant babies!
Today, in #CarolinesWinterGarden, I prepped another #PropagationStation tray to get southern light. Thirty-two more babies are growing. Iβm a bit excited about watching them grow because this is a much larger specimen than Iβve seen in Texas.

@AnthuriumQueen oh nice. They are looking π amazing!
@AnthuriumQueen @vvvelo here is my idy biddy one. π I have no clue what the bigger leaves are. I just put them in there 2 days ago. I know what the variegated ones are.
@WeLovePlants my secret is to mix perlite with miracle grow succulent soil. Place it in a tray. Place the leaves sideways in the soil so the leaf tip roots will grow out of will touch the soil. I most them with rainwater once I do this and place them under medium light so they will grow and stretch up towards the light. The seedlings are set in 2 inch pots with the sand soil mix and misted. Once they are ready, theyβll be exposed to more light ever so slowly to avoid burn just so they can harden off.
@RealSimpleMama Theyβre indoors in front of a window. Theyβve been neglected but they thrive on that.
@TwistedThreads Itβs all good! YouRa is awesome too!
@AnthuriumQueen What do you do with them when they all grow?? I've been propagating some when I get something that has lost leaves or gotten too leggy, although most have grown roots and "baby heads", I don't think the leaves are large enough to fully grow. But now I'm like, what if they do?? What will I do with all of them??? I guess I can replace those lost in the great mildew plague of 23.
Those are just the ones with fully developed baby heads.
