I use my neem oil mixture (dawn/neem oil concentrate/water) and spray on a fast food napkin (resourceful huh?) and rest that underneath the leaf and then saturate the top and wipe it clean with another napkin. It works out pretty good for mine. I remember @sarahsalith mentioning using lemon juice? And also cloth gloves. Which I want to try out later as well. Also maybe @PlantEuphoria can tell us her secrets to extra shiny leaves πŸ˜‰ because Bob is always looking so sexy and shiny ✨
Honestly, I just use a soft/microfiber cloth that I wet with regular water to wipe each leaf down.
@MeganO I’ve tried, but my microfiber towel leaves fuzz on the leaves and then gets everywhere πŸ₯²

Maybe it’s the type of wipes I use. Is there a specific kind you use?
Hmm idk I just use like a regular old rag? Hahaha
@MeganO πŸ’€πŸ’€ got it. Well, I tried old shirt, old/new kitchen towel and microfiber towels πŸ₯²

Is it me? πŸ’€
I get it pretty wet? Idk if the amount of water makes a difference. I know a lot of people use neem when they wipe their leaves but I don’t use any pesticides because I use beneficial bugs.
I use a wet makeup brush. It’s super easy.
@TJphilobsessed @babyfiretiger13 @MeganO hmmm I’ll have to try this out. What about dried water marks? πŸ€”
I love miracle gro leaf shine spray they leave it beautiful 🀩
Maybe reusable baby wipes or baby wash cloths? Usually wipes are flannel and she shed less and less and get more and more absorbent after each use. Wash cloths are usually terry on one side and smooth on the other.

I've been thinking about making a mixture and just having my wipes sit in it and then just taking them out when I need to dust.

(We use reusable baby wipes so I figure it's the same concept, lol)
Lemon juice and water
@kscape hmm I don’t really get dried water marks when I use this method. I rub the leaf with a little pressure if there is prior water marks from the nursery or something else.
@babyfiretiger13 ooo yes yes! Thank you! I usually mist my leaves hence why there are always dried water marks πŸ’€

BUT I did try your way and my leaves are looking SOOOO good 😍😍
@kscape yesss!! They look amazing!! 🀩🀩🀩
But did you use leftover fast food napkins πŸ€”
@babyfiretiger13 uhhh YES. Wendy’s to be exact! 🌚
@kscape πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I always keep my stash of napkins just like my mom does!
