@JenniB81 mine wants to knoww if I will@put the same effort in outside. When we purchased this home there were scads of oooold gardens that were not really well maintained. We have spent years cleaning out gardens, ripping out weeds, and poorly built stone walls. And years planting new and maintaining the stuff that was already here. The thought of it is a little overwhelming right now, but yeah, I’m ready! I just got my self some new gardening gloves after my old ones got a hole in the finger. 🤩
@nellz4estfairyz I know the feeling! Lol we have a shared back garden (with the other 5 flats in the stair) which is a bit neglected! Lol and I REALLY wanted to get a veggie patch going this year! But... I'm top flat and have COPD, so trailing up and down the stairs is... Tricky, most days! I think it'll have to wait until next year tbh 😭 but I have enough of an indoor jungle to keep me busy until then! Lol 🤣🤣 xx
@JenniB81 oh that sounds like a nice plan for a veggie garden. I hope you get to make it happen at some point. Maybe you could start with a window box or a small planter for now? Have you ever seen those hanging baskets that grow tomato plants upside down? 🙃
