It could mean a few tings, but often it is either underwatering or overwatering. And with these guys, if the soil is not dry or doesn't perk up after watering, it is overwatering. And in that case it is a great risk that you have a starting root-rot problem.
Your pot does seem a little too big for the plant. I would repot ASAP to check the roots. I got root-rot on my Dottie when I bought it, and waited too long before I repotted because I didn't understand why the leaves curled like yours.
Other possibillities worth noting is too little humidity in the air as mentioned. Nitrogen-poisoning (too much fertilizer). Drafts. Too hot/cold. Too much sun (keep it out of direct sun).
