My tomato plant has been drooping a lot recently and I’m not sure if it’s time to repot or if it’s a disease. If anyone has suggestions to help I would appreciate it

Hi Haley, welcome to Greg!

How often do you water your tomatoes? Usually when a whole plant is really droopy it is a watering issue.
@PlantMompy I typically water when the soil is dried top to about center with the bottom a bit damp
This tomato needs to be repotted and it needs more water.
It sounds like it's likely an underwatering issue. They only want to dry out the top inch or so.

As long as the roots haven't gotten any dry root rot there is still hope. I'd start increasing the watering frequency.

If you chose to repot, try to disturb the roots as little as possible. With the plant being in distress it'll be harder for it to bounce back from a repot if the roots are disturbed. That said, if you do repot it you can repot it deeper or lay it down so some of the stem gets buried because it'll send out new roots from there.
