This guy has dropped a boat load of leaves, its heads have turned down, and it’s went from gorgeous to wtf. It’s been in that pot for 2ish? Maybe 3 weeks?

Well when doing the leaves I let them sit near a window for 1 to 2 days. You will be able to see the end turn a little brown, just make sure it's not like wet anymore. Do the same when cutting stems. Use shallow pots when rooting the leaves and stems. Gonna need a wide pot for the leaves (I'll send a pic of the size of pot i have my leaves in) i lay the leaves flat against the dirt and i use a spray bottle and lightly spray just at the end of the leaves/stem that is at the dirt. Spray them every other day. When they get roots and start to get babies you can move up to using a small squirt bottle( I'll send a pic)
I honestly don't trust those moisture meters. I always use my pointer finer and stick it in the dirt and if it's dry to my 2nd knuckle I water. I honestly believe it looks like it needs more water and possibly moved away from the grow light a little bit. I hope this helps! ☺️🤗
Also, when my succulents get really leggy like that I sterilize sharp garden shears and trim the stems down, let them callus a day and they will root. Then in a week or 2 the mama plant will start to make new babies and do a lot better!!
Here's some pics of a big mama that got really leggy and started not to do good. I finally got the nerve to cut her. I had to remove a bunch of leaves off the bottom to plant the stem.
Here is the stem and baby and top today! Also just cut the top off another the other day that is rooting! (The first pics were taken August 16th of this year) also almost all of the leaves i had to take off have babies!!

@MarkedEspicia the grow lights I got some other advice on so those def got adjusted. The callous and root part, spell that out for me like I’m 2. I have so far not had luck with this.
Also, it looks really healthy, I want these kinds of powers.

That is so helpful. Thank you so much I’m sure others have been looking for this kind of answer. But the community is amazing.
Your so welcome!!
This might help you also. I screenshotted one of your pics and tried to make a line where you need to cut some of them
.
That’s really helpful but now my question is, before or after the dark - it’s not squishy like water rot, but in this screenshot I circled the two I see conflicting areas to cut or maybe it’s the droop?
I looked closer. I see what you’re cutting off, but I feel like a barbaric butcher now.
My baby
You think this is too far gone and I should take the leaves off?
Now if I can actually propagate this is gonna be really cool but this is where I’m at. I’ll let callous for a couple days I guess and then lay em on some soil
