Anyone any idea why this otherwise healthy plant , its leaves down one side are turning brown, dry and brittle?

It could be from to much sun or not enough water. Normally if the plants are getting crispy and brown it's not enough water and if they get yellowish or soggy it's to much water. I'm not 100% but that's what it normally is.
