You can provide a grow light and circulation fan to promote healthy growth and prevent mould or fungus. Keep out of sunlight, as it can cause issues with algae and other odd stuff. Try the Exo Terra terrariums or convert an IKEA glass cabinet into a giant terrarium!

There are specialised terrarium fans available that are tiny enough. Your issue would be regarding the cords. You can leave a tiny hole on the lid so you can tread the fans. They're available on amazon [an expensive option would be DOOA Circulation Fan, prestigious and Japanese brand tho]
