@Sassylimey Thank you! And, love your pots. In Florida I found some good ones at World Market. I am going to have a lot of fun with them for a long time. Plus I actually found some really good ones at my local Lowe’s!

Jane you're so sweet, it is my second eye surgery, I've got secondary cataracts.
I had the first eye done Monday, the other eye next Monday. I must admit the laser surgery was easier to tolerate, but my doctor very understanding and gave me a librium to take before each surgery.

@Sassylimey ok, I will be thinking about you then. I have had one cataract surgery and two eye surgeries for a macular hole. Same eye. The same macular hole that was closed by surgery, opened up about 15 years later and I had it done again. For those, you have to keep your head down 90 per cent of the time for about 2 weeks, even in bed. That’s because in order for the eye to heal, they put a carbon dioxide bubble in the eye and keeping your head down allows it to stay against the back of the eye so the surgery can heal without being wet all the time. The keeping my head down part was quite annoying.

There isn’t any inconsequential surgery for sure! My husband had two cataract surgeries and may need a secondary one. It’s good you know what to expect but always anxiety provoking. Let us know how it goes! You will feel so relieved after. Promise yourself you will get a new plant afterward! @Sassylimey
I promised to get a new plant @AC73LoveCats been looking at some online, but the heat packs and shipping costs are too much on my tight budget. Perhaps I can talk a friend into taking me to Home Depot. I get so tired of not being able to go anywhere or to get what I want/need, when I want, I'm praying for a car!!
Yes! Ask a plant friend to take you there when you heal from surgery. There are more Greg friends in northeast Ohio than anywhere else in Ohio; at least that is how it appears to me. I’m sure one of them would love to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s with you. And someone could certainly take you to Goodwill auto auctions or sheriff auctions of cars. You know how nice people on here are. Then when you get your car you can offer to take THEM places for fun. @Sassylimey I don’t know why we are so afraid to ask for the help we need sometimes or afraid of bothering people. They can always say no. I wish you well on your surgery and will be thinking about you on Monday #OhioGang #ohiogreggers
