The only Alocasia I know that will give you more than 3 leaves ππ Alocasia Tiny Dancers π―ββοΈ π±π€© like any Alocasia, the bottom leaves get removed as newer growth comes but thereβs Always at least 8-10 leaves π #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #AlocasiaAddicts #alocasiatinydancers

@strawberrymoon so cute right!???
@jcPlantProper who tf let plants be so cute π₯² i talk about my plants like a grandparent talks about their grandkids lol
I've wanted one of these for a while but was struggling to unlock the secret to alocasia care. Now that I've figured it out, at least for my smaller ones, I think I'm ready to add this beauty to my collection!
My large rescue lauter. is still struggling a bit and I'm not sure why. It likes to turn its leaves yellow one at a time and it's driving me nuts. But I'm committed to her and determined to figure her out eventually. If you have advice for me I'd love to hear it.

@tmbryant37 Iβve only taken 2 Alocasia home because finding the perfect spot in the home is hard! I had a Polly and it was absolutely thriving. It was just the mites that finally killed it. They love light but mites love dry. So if your Alocasia is in a bright area, the leaves arenβt wet and if thereβs no humidity, mites flock to them. I just suggest a bright area w humidity and constantly wiping the leaves with water
Thanks @jcPlantProper! I'll try moving her to a sunnier spot to see if that makes her happy.
She was very waterlogged when I got her but I have since repotted and given her much better soil so I don't think the yellow is from over watering. I water her sparingly still since she was so wet before so hopefully sun will do the trick.

@tmbryant37 do you have a picture?
@jcPlantProper Not a more recent one. This is Marilyn in my Oasis, but she has lost a few leaves since that photo was taken the day I bought her.
I'll get her more sun and see if that helps. I know she's not completely upset because she's put out at least one new leaf since I brought her home, I just know she could be better, and I don't want her to lose any more.
