Khaleesi got a little haircut!

I pruned her to get some weight off of her. She looks so good now! πŸ˜„

Bonus: I got a bunch of babies! How long should I let these dry over before I plant them? I could put them straight into dirt after they callous, because they already have some roots, right?

They should callous in about 3 days depending on the surrounding humidity. When you see a nice dry callous where you cut its ready to go in the soil. Beautiful plant!
Wooow she is a beauty. Im gonna need to see if i can get my hands on one now 😍😍😍
@TheLunarGardens , thank you so much! 😊 She is 8 years old. I will keep an eye on the babes to see when they callous, then stick 'em in some dirt!
@Macstracks , I highly recommend them! They are so easy. I practically ignored this one for like 4 years and it just kept growing like nobody's business. Now that I'm really taking care of her, she's flourishing.
@JesssJungle πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ thanks for the recommendation! I followed you so I could see your progress. I’m gonna get one now πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ thanks again can’t wait to see updated photos of her flourishing!
She looks amazing, great job pruning!
@debbiedo , thanks!!! I got SO many babies off of her!
@JesssJungle That’s one of the best parts of pruning, isn’t it? The other is how the mama plant puts out lots of new growth after πŸ’š
@JesssJungle Woah! That's a gorgeous plant. May I ask, how easy are they to car for.
@Pickleplantxoxob , VERY easy! They are succulents, so they thrive off of neglect. 😜 Lots of sun, not much water, well draining soil. I have had this gal for 8 years, and probably for about half of that, I barely paid attention to her. :)
She's LOVELY!! πŸ₯° I have a standard jade plant (which is a good 12-14 inches tall!!) but I LOVE the leaves on the Gollum πŸ₯° I'm sure there's space on my wishlist... Lol x
@jessjungle congrats on your babies, mom! Btw if no roots are showing you can use rooting hormone to help but honestly I rarely use this. I'm just patient. Plants want to grow. It's what they're made for and they will excel given the right conditions.
