I was so excited when I purchased this beauty but nervous that it was a new level of plant difficulty.

But honestly, this plant hasn't given me any fuss at all. Just look at this fresh leaf coming in hot!

For me, these are a bit tricky. But not as hard as some #DramaticPlants πŸ˜‰

They like high humidity and they don't want to dry out.
@sarahsalith Very true. I check water levels for my plants about twice per week so I just don't let it dry out or not for too long!

Otherwise it's so easy! I went away for 10 days and it was totally fine. I can't say the same for my Alocasia 😞
I agree they aren’t too fussy and mine don’t dry out very fast so they can go awhile without watering for me. I think anthurium is my favorite type of plant. The leaves are so striking. The thing I have trouble I have with them is getting the leaves to unfurl without getting marks or damage. But they overall seem pretty healthy and they haven’t given me pest problems either
@SFplantlover Interesting. The last leaf that unfurled on this plant was slightly deformed. I don't mind because it's still so beautiful. I guess I will find out how this newest leaf turns out.

I was actually thinking of getting a radican X luxurian next. I heard they're super easy as well.
@PoignantEllisia yes the radicans x luxurians I feel is even easier. The leaves are sturdier. It grows relatively fast for me. About a new leaf once a month. That is one of the 1st plants that got me into my houseplant obsession.
