Who did you buy from? Mine arrived pretty beat up too. She is coming around now tho. Little did I know when I purchased mine that the seller was from Chicago. ๏ฟผ

Is your plant card correct, they're 20 feet from a light source?? Move them much closer to window, less than 3 feet away or get a grow light. They will NOT survive 20 feet away from the nearest source of light.
